Can you see my conversations?

No, we don't store any of your conversations. We only store your bot token and group ID. Conversations are only stored on Telegram's servers.

How do I manage who in my team can see and respond to customer messages?

You can manage who can see messages by adding or removing them from the group where your conversations are stored.

Are there any limitations?

SupportBot mostly acts as a normal Telegram direct message would, but there are a few limitations. For example, due to limitations in Telegram, you cannot see message reactions, edits or deletions, or what message a reply is to.

Can I customise my bot?

Yes, you can customise your bot's name, description and avatar as much as you like.

What setup is required?

Once you're signed up, you will be guided through the process of creating your bot and a place for the direct messages to be sent to.

How do I cancel or upgrade my plan?

You can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time from the dashboard. You can also change your payment method at any time.
